Scope and who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how Hypify Media, LLC, referred to as “Hypify,” “we,” “us” or “our,” handles personal information through this website and related communications.

Hypify is the controller of personal information described in this policy unless another agreement says otherwise. This policy does not replace the privacy terms in a signed client agreement, statement of work or other contract.

Questions or requests may be sent to hello@hypifymedia.com.

02

Information we collect

Information you provide

When you use the contact form, email us or otherwise communicate with us, we may collect your name, email address, organization, message, project information and any other details you choose to provide.

Technical and usage information

Our website and approved service providers may process an IP address, browser and device information, approximate location derived from an IP address, referring page, pages viewed, interactions, timestamps, security signals and cookie or similar identifiers.

Information from third parties

We may receive campaign, referral or interaction information from analytics, advertising, social media and other service providers when you have allowed that processing or when applicable law otherwise permits it.

03

How and why we use information

We use personal information to:

  • respond to enquiries and take steps toward a potential engagement;
  • provide, secure, maintain and improve the website;
  • understand website performance and content effectiveness when analytics consent is given;
  • measure campaigns and deliver relevant advertising when advertising consent is given;
  • protect our rights, prevent misuse and comply with legal obligations; and
  • maintain business records and administer client or supplier relationships.

Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, our legal bases may include your consent, steps requested before entering a contract, performance of a contract, compliance with law and our legitimate interests in operating, securing and improving our business. We rely on consent for optional analytics and advertising technology where consent is required. You may withdraw that consent at any time through Privacy Choices.

04

Cookies, analytics and pixels

We use a small amount of essential browser storage and security technology to operate the site, protect forms from automated misuse and remember your privacy selection. Cloudflare Turnstile is treated as an essential security service and cannot be switched off through our consent panel.

Optional technology is separated into two categories:

  • Analytics. Google Analytics may help us understand visits, interactions, traffic sources and site performance.
  • Advertising. Meta Pixel may help us measure campaigns, understand conversions and support relevant advertising on Meta services.

These optional services do not load unless you choose the relevant category. You can accept, reject or manage categories when the consent notice appears, and you can change your selection later through the Manage your privacy choices section on this page.

If your browser sends a recognized Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as an instruction to keep advertising technology off. Browser controls may also allow you to delete or block cookies, although doing so may affect essential site functions.

05

Cloudflare, Google services and Meta

Cloudflare Turnstile helps protect our forms from automated misuse. When you use a protected form, Cloudflare may process an IP address, browser and device information, interaction data and security signals to determine whether the request is legitimate. We use Turnstile for security rather than advertising. You can learn more in the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.

When you submit the contact form, your enquiry is stored in our website database and may also be transmitted to Google Forms and Google Sheets so we can receive, organize and respond to it.

If you consent to analytics, Google Analytics may receive technical and usage information about your visit. Google processes that information under its own terms and privacy practices. You can learn more in the Google Privacy Policy.

If you consent to advertising, Meta Pixel may receive information about your browser, device, site activity and campaign interactions. Meta may use that information under its own terms and privacy practices. You can learn more in the Meta Privacy Policy.

These providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where required, transfers are supported by recognized safeguards such as adequacy decisions, contractual protections or other lawful transfer mechanisms.

06

How we disclose information

We may disclose personal information to hosting, database, security, analytics, advertising and other technology providers that help operate our website and business. We may also disclose information to professional advisers, transaction counterparties, courts, regulators or law enforcement when reasonably necessary.

We do not sell personal information for money. Some United States privacy laws may define the use of advertising pixels as “sharing,” “targeted advertising” or a similar activity. You may opt out by rejecting Advertising in Privacy Choices or by using a supported Global Privacy Control signal.

We require service providers acting on our behalf to process information for authorized purposes and to protect it appropriately.

07

Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including legal, accounting, security and dispute-resolution needs.

Contact enquiries are generally retained for up to 24 months after the last meaningful interaction unless a longer period is required for an active relationship or legal reason. A browser privacy selection may be retained for up to 12 months before we ask again. Analytics and advertising information is retained according to our configured settings and the applicable provider's policies.

08

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of personal information, restrict or object to certain processing, withdraw consent and complain to a data protection authority. You may also have a right to opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising or certain profiling, and to appeal a denied request.

California residents may request the categories and specific pieces of personal information collected, the sources and purposes of collection, the categories of recipients, correction or deletion, and opt-out of sale or sharing where applicable. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

To make a request, email hello@hypifymedia.com. We may need to verify your identity and authority before completing a request. An authorized agent may submit a request where applicable law permits.
